Cumbria Wildlife Trust is creating a 3,000 metre square community wildlife garden at Gosling Sike, complete with sensory garden, family activity trail, wildflowers and pond thanks to Biffa Award funding. The £68,130 grant will also fund over a kilometre of accessible paths with seating, potting shed and pergola ensuring the garden is fully accessible.

We’re delighted to receive this generous funding from Biffa Award. We’re now able to get going on the exciting work of creating this wonderful new green space for the local community to enjoy here in Houghton.
