Biffa Award awards grants to projects that are within a certain distance of an active Biffa operation. Both the Main Grants Community and Small Grants funding schemes require an active Biffa operation to be within 5 miles
of the project site OR an active Biffa Landill site within 10 miles
. However, if you're applying under the Main Grants Biodiversity theme, the radius is extended to within 15 miles
You can find more details about Biffa Award's funding schemes from the homepage. Each scheme has a different set of criteria, so please read the application form and notes (available from the downloads
section) carefully before applying.

If you are looking for funding for a project, the first step is to check here to see if you are within the required distances of a Biffa operation.
To ensure your postcode is correct, please visit www.royalmail.com
and use the 'postcode finder' facility, as postcodes are regularly changed and updated.
