Trucks on Tour are a fleet of stress trucks which we are using as a handy tool to highlight Biffa Award projects up and down the country.
In 2014, the trucks pulled up at numerous sites across the UK, including Poplars Landfill site in Cannock; at Dalziel St Andrew’s Parish Church in Motherwell; creatively ‘towing’ the visitors centre at RSPB Rainham Marshes in Purfleet; at the table in the Servants Hall at Ickworth House and during an experiment at the International Centre for Life in Newcastle. The trucks also went global, hitting the slopes of Jungfraujoch in Switzerland and catching some rays in Dubai.
This year our aim is to get a photo of one of our trucks on site at a project in every county, and we need your help.
The 123 Trucks on Tour Challenge:
Take a photo of the Truck in a setting which illustrates your Biffa Award project, take inspiration from those above or get even more creative.
Share the image on your social media pages and link with us using @BiffaAward and the hashtag #TrucksOnTour when you post.
